The Laserfiche Subscription License introduces a straightforward annual fee including software licenses, technical support and version updates. There are two types of licenses available for the users, the Full User License and the Educational License, Full licenses would have availability to the listed items below, Full license types are configurable to meet security needs that allow or deny access to the following products/functionality:

Laserfiche Education License
Education Licenses are reserved for the education community; any valid TAMU NetID or valid System UIN account can be assigned to an Educational License. Educational Licenses provide the ability to participate in forms processes (submit, review, approve, etc.) and access the repository in read-only fashion but do not have access to reports or dashboards.
Full license types are configurable to meet security needs that allow or deny access to a subset of the products/functionality listed above.
