Starting in the Spring 2025 semester, the Department of Residence Life is offering MAX streaming services free to all on-campus residents. The service includes:
- MAX streaming content available anywhere, not just on the Texas A&M campus
- Travel Channel content also available on Max.
- Stream on 2 devices at once
- Full HD video resolution
- 30 downloads to watch on the go
Sign Up and Get Started
- Go to max.com/provider or scan this QR code:
- Search for and select University Video Services.
- Select Texas A&M University.
- Log in with your NetID@tamu.edu and password.
- Watch and enjoy!
"Renew Subscription" Troubleshooting
If you receive a message prompting you to renew your subscription with HBO Max, this is likely due to HBO's policy on re-authentication. Every 90 days, users of the HBO Max service will need to re-log in with their TAMU credentials by following the steps above. Doing this and refreshing the page after should allow access to the service.
