Infoblox - Using Smart Folders

How to organize and manage DNS records efficiently by creating and using Smart Folders in the Infoblox system to filter and group records based on specific criteria.

Steps from the video are listed below:

1. Smart Folders are found in the tab of the same name or in the flyout to the left.
2. Click Create to create a new smart folder.
3. The filter panel will allow you to filter by a large number of variables.
4. The records within a Smart Folder will always change the contents to reflect the most recent changes to the data.
5. In the video example we add a new CNAME and when we return to the list the new CNAME is added dynamically.
6. Bookmarks can also be added whenever the bookmarks symbol can be found.
7. These bookmarks can be accessed easily from the left-hand flyout.
