IT Status, powered by Atlassian Statuspage, allows you to subscribe your email and phone number (to receive SMS messages) for information on critical IT service disruptions.

How to Manage your IT Status subscriptions

IT Status, powered by Atlassian Statuspage, allows you to subscribe your email and phone number (to receive SMS messages) for information on critical IT service disruptions.  Please note that email and phone numbers are separate subscriptions and managed independently.

Creating your Subscription

1. Go to https://status.it.tamu.edu
2. Click on the Subscribe to Updates box
   
   
    
3. Choose which way you would like to be notified (The envelop icon for Email or the phone receiver icon for SMS). 
   
   
   
    
4. Complete the verification
5. Select the services you wish to subscribe to for receiving alerts.
   
   
    
6. Click Save

 

Changing your Subscription

1. Go to https://status.it.tamu.edu
2. Click on the Subscribe to Updates box
   
   
    
3. Choose which subscription you wish to change (The envelop icon for Email or the phone receiver icon for SMS)
   
   
    
4. Complete OTP (One Time Password will be sent to the subscribed account) verification process
   
   
    
5. Check or Uncheck to change which services you are subscribed to for receiving alerts.
   
   
    
6. Click Save

 

Deleting your Subscription

1.  Go to https://status.it.tamu.edu/
2. Click on the Subscribe to Updates box
   
   
    
3. Choose which subscription you wish to change (The envelop icon for Email or the phone receiver icon for SMS)
   
   
    
4. Complete OTP (One Time Password will be sent to the subscribed account) verification process
   
   
    
5. Click on the Unsubscribe for Updates to stop receiving alerts.
   
   
    
6. Click Save
