Incident Status: What is the Status of a Service mean
Definition: This section describes the current state of an issue affecting IT services and the progress of the investigation and resolution efforts.
- Investigating - The issue has been reported and is currently being examined.
- Identified - The cause of the issue has been determined, and efforts to resolve it are underway.
- Monitoring - Mitigation has been applied; the service is being observed to ensure the issue does not recur.
- Resolved - The issue has been fixed, and services are back to normal.
Service Affected: What does the Service Affected mean?
Definition: This section displays the operational status and performance of IT services, indicating any current issues. It appears as an expandable list located below the current events and above scheduled maintenances. The definition of the status is in the color listed.
