What's changing?
Qualtrics is retiring Contact List Triggers on December 1, 2025. Any active contact list triggers will no longer run after that date. Contact list triggers are being replaced with workflows.
What does this mean?
When contact list triggers are retired, it means that
- Existing triggers will stop working.
- Contacts will no longer be added to lists via triggers.
- New triggers cannot be created.
What do I need to do?
You will need to replace all of your contact list triggers with contact list workflows before December 1, 2025. Qualtrics provides documentation on Managing Contact List Workflows on their documentation site.
