Canvas - Locating a Course SIS ID

Overview

Each course has a unique “SIS ID” to help identify a course in Canvas. To help us expedite your request, please include the SIS IDs for each course you are requesting to be merged or combined in Canvas.

Instructions

  1. Open your course in Canvas.
  2. Click on Settings at the bottom left of the course navigation.


     
  3. Locate the SIS ID entry on the Course Details tab. Write down or copy the SIS ID in order to provide it to Canvas support personnel.
