TAMU-Health Accessing Software Self Service Portals

Windows

On Windows there is only one self service portal available.

1. Click on Start Menu button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
   
   
2. Start typing "Texas A&M Software Portal".
    
3. Open the app once it appears.
   

Mac

On Macs there are two separate self service portals available. 

Texas A&M Technology Services Mac Self-Service (primary, AKA JAMF Self Service)

1. Open Spotlight search (Command+Space or the magnifying glass icon in the top right of the menu bar).
    
2. Start typing "Texas A&M Technology Services Mac Self-Service".
   
   3. Open the app once it appears.
   

Self Service Portal (secondary, AKA ManageEngine Self Service)

1. Right click on the ManageEngine DesktopCentral application icon in the menu bar.
   
   
2. Click on Self Service Portal.
