Windows
On Windows there is only one self service portal available.
- Click on Start Menu button in the bottom left corner of the screen.

- Start typing "Texas A&M Software Portal".
- Open the app once it appears.

Mac
On Macs there are two separate self service portals available.
Texas A&M Technology Services Mac Self-Service (primary, AKA JAMF Self Service)
- Open Spotlight search (Command+Space or the magnifying glass icon in the top right of the menu bar).
- Start typing "Texas A&M Technology Services Mac Self-Service".
3. Open the app once it appears.

Self Service Portal (secondary, AKA ManageEngine Self Service)
- Right click on the ManageEngine DesktopCentral application icon in the menu bar.

- Click on Self Service Portal.
