Purchasing Print Credits
Allocations
Enrolled undergraduate and graduate students are allotted $30 for the fall semester and $30 for the spring semester. Enrolled undergraduate and graduate students are allotted $15 for the summer. To check your current balance in your AggiePrint account, sign in to any print kiosk to view your remaining funds, or go to https://print.tamu.edu/.
AggiePrint tracks your personal funds available for you to use in three “purses”. The “allocation purse” tracks your semester allocation balance, the “refund purse” tracks any print refunds you have received, and the “user pays purse” tracks any monies you’ve added via https://print.tamu.edu/. AggiePrint uses your allocation purse first, followed by the monies in your refund purse, and then followed by monies in your user pays purse. This means that you will always get the full benefit of your student print allocations before any monies you have added are used. Monies allocated to you by your department are handled differently in that you must explicitly select that department account to be charged. Not selecting a departmental charge account results in charges to your personal funds.
Any remaining balance in your allocation purse is cleared at the end of each semester and will NOT roll over to the following semester. Only funds that you are refunded or add (refund purse and user pays purse) are kept separate and will roll over to the next semester, until you graduate.”
