Updating Personal / Employee Information

Description

This article describes how an employee can update his/her personal information in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System). In HRIS, the following fields/tab can be updated: Personal Data, Employee Information, Address and Emergency Contact. The HR department manages any other locked fields. Any changes will take at least 24 hours to sync in the system.

Procedure

The following steps show how to update your information.

1. Log in to HRIS (https://hris.qatar.tamu.edu) using your TAMU NetID credentials. (Duo authentication is enabled).

2. Select the tab you want to change (Personal Data, Employee Information, etc.).

3. Update the fields, then click Modify.

4. Click on Save Changes.
