BYOD Support

TAMUQ IT offers limited support for user’s personal devices known as “Bring Your Own Device” (BYOD). This service covers connecting to the wireless network and ensuring our available web resources work correctly. IT will offer basic hardware and software troubleshooting, however, IT is not responsible for repairs and will not provide any software. Devices supported by this service are laptops and mobile devices that meet the requirements for connecting to our network.

90% of requests will be fulfilled within two workdays.
