How to Log in to SSO as a Former Employee

Overview

This article provides guidance for former employees and retirees on how to log in to Single Sign On (SSO) using ID.me. Once logged in, you can access Workday to complete tasks such as viewing your W‑2 Wage and Tax Statement or updating your contact information.

Steps

Inactive Employees or Retirees:

Past employees and retirees access Workday using SSO with ID.me authentication.

  1. Start at the SSO Login Page
    Go to the Single Sign On (SSO) login page and select the ID.me logo.

  2. Enter Your UIN
    Enter your Texas A&M System Universal Identification Number (UIN) when prompted.
    • This step confirms eligibility to sign in using ID.me.

  3. Sign In or Create an ID.me Account
    You will be redirected tothe ID.me website.
    • Already have an ID.me account?
      Sign in using your existing ID.me username and password.
    • New to ID.me?
      Create an ID.me account and complete the identity verification process.
       
  4. Authorize Access

    After signing in, ID.me will ask you to authorize the A&M System to access your verified identity information.
    • Select Allow to continue

  5. Access Workday
    ​​​​​​​After successfully signing in to SSO, you will be redirected to Workday.
