Access the Employee's Worker Profile:
- Go to the employee's worker profile page in Workday.
- Click on Overview.

Navigate to Worker History:
- Click on Worker History.
- Find the Personal Information Change task for the employee and click on it.

Ensure that the following fields are filled out:
- Nationality
- Citizenship Status
- Race/Ethnicity
- Date of Birth
- Gender

Inform the Employee of what fields need to have a selection in order to submit.
By following these steps, the error should be resolved, and the employee can proceed with their onboarding tasks without further issues.
