Learning Support Specialist I

• The Learning Support Specialist I, under general supervision, assists in the technical use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and integrated instructional technologies through training and support to include the development and maintenance of knowledge articles and process documents. Assists with the administrative functions of preparing courses for new academic terms.

Learning Support Specialist II

• The Learning Support Specialist II, under general supervision, works in close collaboration with faculty and staff to provide exceptional support services across learning spaces, with a particular emphasis on assisting in maximizing the effectiveness of a variety of learning systems. Serves as an advocate for the integration of innovative technology and the advancement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the learning environment.

Learning Facilitator I

• The Learning Facilitator I, under general supervision, delivers pre-created/entry level training and facilitates in-person and/or virtual courses.

Learning Facilitator II

• The Learning Facilitator II, under general supervision, delivers pre-created/entry level and intermediate level training and facilitates in-person and/or virtual courses. Provide guidance and feedback to help learners understand content and strengthen their skills. Assists in providing oversight and the pre-created/entry level courses they provide. Collaborates with subject matter experts and staff to deliver designated courses for an assigned program.

Learning Facilitator III

• The Learning Facilitator III, under general supervision, delivers specialized training and facilitates in-person, virtual, and/or asynchronous courses. Leads learners through course concepts and components to achieve desired learning objectives. Collaborates with instructional designers to create resources (e.g., job guides, quick reference sheets, etc.). Evaluates others and provides feedback to their direct supervisor.

Learning Facilitator IV

• The Learning Facilitator IV, under general direction, delivers specialized training and facilitates in-person, virtual, and/or asynchronous courses. Serves as a subject matter expert on assigned courses. Coordinates with consultants to support highly specialized customized service requests with training delivery and facilitation. Develops, implements, and evaluates the quality of training delivery and facilitation against established training delivery processes and facilitation standards.

Training Coordinator

• The Training Coordinator, under general supervision, coordinates training schedules and deliveries, works with the point of contact at host agencies, schedules travel of wage instructors, and markets/sells training classes. Serves as the subject matter specialist for curriculum development. Recruits adjunct instructors and monitors performance.
