Access the Knowledge Base by clicking the maroon
Open Knowledge Base button on the HROE Service Portal homepage or clicking
Knowledge Base in the maroon navigation bar.

You can search the Knowledge Base in several ways:
- Click the Search link in the gray menu bar to search for a specific topic. This will search through the Service Catalog and Knowledge Base articles in the HROE Service Portal.
- You can also search for keywords specifically related to the Knowledge Base by clicking the globe button in the top right of the portal and select Knowledge Base.
- Enter keywords that match what you're looking for, like "hyrbrid work" or "paycheck question" and click the search button.
- Browse categories and articles within them from the Knowledge Base main page.
- Click Popular Articles, or Recent Articles in the right sidebar.
