How to Favorite an Article or Service

If you find yourself regularly referencing a Knowledge Base article or using a service, you can add it to your favorites to quickly access it in the future. This article will explain how to "Favorite" articles and services in the HROE Service Portal.

Favorite an Article or Service

1. Navigate to the HROE Service Portal.
2. In the top right corner, click Sign In.
3. Access a Knowledge Base article or Service Catalog page that you would like to favorite.
4. On the right side of the page, click Add to Favorites (only visible if you are signed in).
