Overview

This service supports questions related to the Consent for Disclosure of Student Status Related to Employment form when hiring, managing, or supporting individuals in positions that require student status (e.g., student employees, work‑study, graduate assistants). This consent form allows a student employee or graduate assistant to indicate whether their student status related to employment may be disclosed.
