TAMU Exchange Email for iOS

Body

Overview

Texas A&M Exchange Email is an email service provided by the Texas A&M Technology Services. It can be accessed online at https://outlook.office.com/ as well as by desktop and mobile email clients. For iOS, the built in Mail program can be used to access the Texas A&M Exchange Email servers.

Removing Exchange from iOS Mail

Removing your Exchange account from your email client will remove only the information stored on your local device. Email that is stored on the Exchange server will not be deleted by this process.

If you are having trouble accessing your email in the iOS Mail app, you may need to remove and re-add the account. This will not delete your email, since it is stored on the Exchange server. Re-adding your Exchange account can often fix most authentication issues.

  1. Click on Settings.
  2. Click on Mail.
  3. Click on Accounts.
  4. Click on your TAMU Exchange account.
  5. Click on Delete Account.
  6. Click on Delete from My iPhone. This will delete all TAMU Exchange data on your phone, including calendar information.
