Printing from OAL Computers
When using OAL computers, you can select to print in black-and-white and color.
1. From the top left corner of your document screen, go to File > Print.
2. Under Printer, click the dropdown box and a list of printer options will appear.
3. From the printer options dropdown box, please select B/W Printing - OAL Kiosk for black-and-white prints or select Color Printing - OAL Kiosk for color prints.
4. You may configure the print settings. Depending on the type of setting you wish to modify (single or duplex, pages per sheet, number of copies, different size paper etc.), click on the respective dropdown boxes and make your selections.
5. If you are printing a PowerPoint presentation and wish to save paper and reduce the cost of your print job, you may print multiple slides per page. To do this, go to File > Print. Under Settings, click the Full Page Slides dropdown box and select the number of slides you wish to print per sheet.
6. If you are printing a PDF file and wish to print multiple pages per sheet, under Page Sizing & Handling, click on Multiple. This will bring up the Pages per sheet option. In the dropdown box, please select the number of pages you wish to print per sheet.
7. You must make all necessary changes to the print settings before printing. After modifying all of your print settings, click Print. A pop-up window listing the charges associated with your file will appear. To accept the charge, click Yes. Once you click Yes, the job will be upload to AggiePrint.
