Description
Starting March 31, Duo Push authentication will become Verified Duo Push for individuals who log into SSO using their UIN and who use Duo Push to authenticate.
This update helps protect your private data from unauthorized access.
Duo Verified Push for UIN SSO Login
Who is Affected?
This change only applies to individuals who:
• Use their UIN to log into SSO.
• Use the Duo Mobile app to authenticate with Duo Push.
What Do I Need to Do?
If this change applies to you, you don't need to take any action. The change will happen automatically. Just follow these steps the next time you log into SSO:
1. Log into SSO as usual.
2. A verification code will appear on your login screen.
3. Open the Duo Mobile app and enter the code.
4. Once verified, you'll be directed to your web application.

o No. This change only applies to individuals who use the Duo Mobile app to authenticate.

o Yes! Simply follow these instructions.

o Verified Duo Push strengthens multi-factor authentication (MFA) security. It protects against cyberattacks like push harassment.
