TAMU NetID Account Management

A Texas A&M NetID is an account used for logging in and accessing many main Texas A&M University at College Station resources, such as Texas A&M Gmail, TAMU Library, Howdy, eCampus, and other main campus sites. The primary management of this account is conducted by Texas A&M University at College Station.  Texas A&M University at Qatar IT offers basic troubleshooting and can assist a user in resetting the password for this account if it is expired or forgotten.

Prerequisite
Faculty, Staff, and Students must have a NetID account that is in good standing.  A Photo ID and UIN number must be provided.  The account must not be locked for security reasons.  

Policy
TAMUQ students and employees who have a UIN may have a NetID account based at the main TAMU campus in College Station, Texas. Identity Management Office, on the main campus, creates these accounts for TAMUQ employees at the request of TAMUQ Human Resource Services, and for TAMUQ students at the request of TAMUQ Admissions.  TAMU maintains these accounts according to policies established at the main campus.  TAMUQ IT provides limited support for the management of these accounts. 

SLA
90% of requests will be fulfilled within three workdays.
95% of the requests are assigned and acknowledged within 4 business hours.
