Once you have forwarded your office number to your mobile/home number, you will see the number from our system 4423 0001 whenever you are receiving a call. You will not see the actual number that is calling you because this is actually TAMUQ System calling you to forward the call. This is a feature from Ooredoo that we cannot control that is meant to prevent spoofing. Make sure you are connected to TAMUQ VPN before proceeding with the instructions.
1. Go to TAMUQ Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal and enter your TAMUQ Username (NOT NetID)

2. On the My Phones page, you should see the phone that is assigned to you. On the right side pane, click on Call Forwarding.

3. On the Call Forwarding page, enable the button Forward all calls to then select Add a new number.
4. Enter your mobile number prefixed with 9.

Note: You can forward your office number to your home phone number or your mobile number. In both cases, use prefix nine before the mobile or home number.


5. Click Save
6. Click on your name in the upper right corner and click Sign Out.
