Video Conferencing

The TAMUQ IT provides support for a number of different video conferencing options. The recommended video conferencing system for TAMU meetings is Zoom. There is limited support available for other systems such as direct IP, Skype, Blackboard Collaborate, WebEx, Go to Meeting and others.

Faculty, staff. and students

Prerequisite

• Test connection prior to the meeting
• Initiate connection for meeting
• Training on using video conferencing equipment

SLA
90% of level-1 support requests will be fulfilled within two workdays
