How to Access Your W-2 as a Past Employee

This article provides guidance for past employees on how to access their W-2 Wage and Tax Statement. The process involves resetting your SSO password through designated central HROE teams.

Steps

Inactive Employees or Retirees:

  1. Contact Points: If you need assistance with resetting your SSO password, request assistance through SSO Password Reset. These teams are equipped to help inactive or retired employees with their SSO password reset and access to W-2 forms.  Inactive Employees or Retirees will log in with the TAMUS UIN option.

Steps to Access Your W-2:  Click here to take you directly into Workday to access your W-2 information.

  1. Verify Your Identity: Ensure you have your TAMUS UIN and other necessary identification details.
  2. Log In: Once your password is reset, log in using your TAMUS UIN/Password.
  3. Access Your W-2: In Workday, navigate to the payroll section to view and download your W-2 form.
