SSO Password Reset

Overview
If you are no longer a current employee and have been locked out of your SSO account, HROE can assist by resetting your SSO TAMUS UIN password. SSO is used to access Workday along with numerous other A&M System applications.  You also have the ability through employee self-service to reset your SSO Password. Please try using that resource before submitted a request to HROE.
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Request your SSO TAMUS UIN Password to be reset: For former employees or retirees who left employment within the last 3 years.
  • SSO NetID Password Resets: For current employees, password resets for SSO NetID are managed by Technology Services.
Eligibility
All former employees who left employment within the last 3 years.  Other system member employees will need to contact their appropriate SSO Contact.

You will receive an open ticket notification.  If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by the respective support team.  Ticket status can be tracked in the portal under the View Tickets tab.
