Temporary/Casual positions at Texas A&M University are non-benefits eligible roles created to meet short-term or intermittent labor needs. These positions were formerly known as "Wage Positions" and are classified based on two categories: student positions and temporary roles for short-term employment. It’s important that supervisors manage these roles within specific guidelines to avoid exceeding employment limits.
