Emergency Check Request

Overview

The Emergency Check Request service allows Texas A&M University employees to request expedited payments in urgent situations. This service ensures that employees receive necessary funds promptly in case of emergencies, adhering to university policies and procedures.

Use this service request to ask questions about:

  • Emergency Check Issuance: Request an expedited check for urgent financial needs.
  • Eligibility Criteria: Understand the requirements and conditions for requesting an emergency check.

Eligibility

All Texas A&M employees, including staff, temporary, casual, and student employees, are eligible to request emergency checks. Approvals are required from department heads and HR before checks are issued. Specific eligibility requirements apply based on the nature of the emergency and the urgency of the request.
