Open Enrollment

Overview

We provide education and assistance with Open Enrollment (OE) inquiries. This service helps employees understand and make changes to their benefits during the open enrollment period, which is a three-week window in July. 

OE is the time for employees and retirees to review their benefits and consider changes to their benefits, add/remove dependents, re-enroll in flexible spending accounts, increase/decrease coverage levels, etc. The OE window is the ONLY time employees and retirees can make changes without having to demonstrate a qualifying life event.

Use this service request to ask questions about:
Eligibility
Staff, Faculty, and Graduate Assistant employees working 50% effort or more for 4.5 months or longer.

You will receive an open ticket notification.  If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by the respective support team.  Ticket status can be tracked in the portal under the View Tickets tab.
