Graduate Assistant Employee Benefits

• Enrollment:  Graduate Assistant employees will enroll in their insurance through Workday.  Those without a Graduate Assistantships may enroll directly through Academic Health Plans if seeking insurance coverage.  International students on F-1 or J-1 visas automatically have an international student insurance fee placed on their tuition and fee statement.
• Health Insurance: Learn about the health insurance options available to graduate student employees.
• Eligibility: Find out who is eligible for graduate benefits.
• Insurance Premiums: Get information on the cost of premiums.  Employee premiums are automatically collected on your paycheck.

• Carrier Contact Information:  Provides claims addresses, customer service phone numbers, and plan contact information for all plan administrator
• International Student Health Insurance Information:  Requirements and options for F-1 and J-1 students, including enrollment and medical services.
• Student Health Insurance:  Information on health insurance options, eligibility, plans, enrollment, and medical services.
• Texas A&M University AcademicBlue Student Health Plan:  Comprehensive health insurance for students, including enrollment, benefits, and support services.

Click the "Ask a Graduate Employee Benefits Question" button on the top right of this page.  Complete the required fields and submit the request. You will receive an open ticket notification.  If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by the respective support team.  Ticket status can be tracked in the portal under the View Tickets tab.
