A&M System Wellness Benefits

Overview
The A&M System Wellness Benefits service fosters employee well-being by offering a range of wellness programs through the Texas A&M University System. These programs support physical, financial, and mental wellness, providing resources to help employees maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Two-Step Wellness Program:  Earn premium reductions by completing wellness activities designed to promote health and wellness.
  • Wellness Exam:  Information on how to complete a wellness exam to qualify for premium incentives.
  • WebMD One:  Access personalized health resources, track progress, and get support through WebMD One.
  • Physical Wellness:  Participate in programs focused on physical activity and fitness to improve overall health.
  • Financial Wellness:  Get guidance and support for managing your financial health, including tools and resources.
  • Other Resources:  Explore additional wellness resources available through the Texas A&M System.
Eligibility
All Texas A&M System employees, faculty, and retirees are eligible to participate in A&M System Wellness Benefits programs. Certain programs, such as the Two-Step Wellness Program, may require completion of specific wellness activities to qualify for premium reductions.
