Overview
The Educational Assistance Benefits service supports Texas A&M employees in advancing their professional and academic careers by providing access to programs such as tuition assistance and doctoral education programs. These benefits encourage continued education and skill development, aligning with the university’s commitment to lifelong learning.

Eligibility

All full-time Texas A&M employees are eligible for Educational Assistance Benefits. Specific eligibility criteria apply depending on the program, such as the Employee Tuition Assistance Program, which requires six months of service.

*The Doctoral Education Program will not accept new participants after May 15, 2025. All participants accepted into the program as of May 15, 2025 will continue to receive funding until May 31, 2028. System members participating in the program will continue to invoice the System Office as detailed in these guidelines. *Please note that all Texas A&M applications will be due on May 15 per the application process outlined here.
