The Leadership Collective

Overview
The Leadership Collective (TLC) is a space for leadership-minded colleagues at Texas A&M to connect, learn, and grow together. Through our bi-weekly Zoom sessions—hosted by Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness—you’ll gain practical tips, leadership insights, and best practices to support yourself, your team, and your organization.
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Ask a Leadership Collective Question:  Ask about Past Leadership Collective sessions, Upcoming Events, or what resources are available for leadership development.
  • Give Feedback:  Submit your feedback regarding Leadership Collective sessions and content. 
  • The Leadership Collective Email Distribution List:  Sign up for the Leadership Collective email distribution list or request to opt-out of emails. 
  • Registering for The Leadership Collective Offering:  Request assistance with not receiving Zoom links after registration, or cancelling registration.
  • Request to be a Presenter at a Leadership Collective Session:  If you are interested in presenting, you can volunteer to be a presenter.
  • Submit a Leadership Collective Topic Suggestion:  If you have a specific leadership topic you would like to see covered in future sessions, you can submit a request for that topic.
Eligibility
The Leadership Collective is a space for Texas A&M faculty and staff to connect, reflect, and develop their leadership mindset alongside colleagues who share a passion for growth and learning.

You will receive an open ticket notification.  If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by the respective support team.  Ticket status can be tracked in the portal under the View Tickets tab.
