Managers' Minutes is your go-to resource for Texas A&M managers, whether you're new to the role or a seasoned pro. Hosted by Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness, our bi-weekly Zoom sessions provide a platform for sharing invaluable insights, practical tips, and best practices essential for successful employee and team management.
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Ask a Managers' Minutes Question:  Ask about Past Managers' Minutes sessions, Upcoming Events, or what resources are available to Managers.
  • Give Feedback:  Submit your feedback regarding Managers' Minutes sessions and content. 
  • Managers' Minutes Email Distribution List:  Sign up for the Managers' Minutes email distribution list or request to opt-out of emails. 
  • Registering for a Managers' Minutes Offering:  Request assistance with not receiving Zoom links after registration, cancelling registration, or not being able to register in TrainTraq.
  • Request to be a Presenter at a Managers' Minutes Session:  If you are interested in presenting, you can volunteer to be a presenter.
  • Submit a Managers' Minutes Topic Suggestion:  If you have a specific management topic you would like to see covered in future sessions, you can submit a request for that topic.
Eligibility
Managers' Minutes is tailored primarily to Texas A&M faculty and staff that act as managers/supervisors of staff, faculty, or student employees. However, it is inclusive and encourages participation from others that may have an interest in becoming a manager/supervisor.

  • Managers' Micro Minutes:  Provides managers with quick, practical tips through Managers’ Micro Minutes, along with access to past sessions and resources for effective team management.
