Timesheet Issues/Questions

Overview
The Timesheet Issues/Questions service assists Texas A&M University employees with resolving issues related to locked timesheets, submission errors, and adjustments for employees working in multiple positions. Employees should first contact their direct supervisor, who can work with the HR Professionals supporting the department. If further assistance is needed, HR Professionals can contact Payroll directly.
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • General Timesheet Questions: Ask about hours already paid, removing hours entered in error, or resolving issues related to employees with multiple positions.
  • Locked Timesheet Assistance: Resolve issues with locked timesheets before payroll deadlines.
  • Submission Error Help: Correct errors due to promotion, position changes, or missed hours.
Eligibility
This service is available to all Texas A&M employees experiencing issues with timesheet submissions. Some approvals or adjustments may require assistance from HR Professionals or Timekeepers before Payroll can take action.
