Post/Unpost a Job Requisition

Overview
The Post/Unpost a Job Requisition (Job Posting) service allows hiring managers and HR professionals to manage job postings. This service facilitates the creation, posting, and removal of job requisitions to ensure timely and effective recruitment.
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Post a New Job Requisition: Create and post new job requisitions to attract potential candidates.
  • Repost an Existing Job:  Repost an existing job requisition that needs to be reposted due to a failed search or inadequate applicant pool.
  • Update Job Requisitions: Make changes to existing job postings, such as updating job descriptions or requirements. Note that changes to qualifications require closing the current job, editing the Position Description, reapproval, and creating a new job requisition.
  • Monitor Job Posting Status: Track the status of job postings and ensure they are visible to potential applicants.
  • Unpost a Job Requisition: When a job is unposted, it is no longer visible to new applicants. This does not necessarily mean the position has been filled or is no longer needed. A job must be posted for a minimum of 5 days before it can be unposted.
