Add Search Committee Employee to View Candidates

Overview
The Add Search Committee Employee to View Candidates service allows hiring managers to request access for search committee members, enabling these members to view and evaluate applicants for a specific job requisition in Workday. This service ensures that all relevant stakeholders, including those other than the hiring manager, can participate in the candidate review process.
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Grant Access: Add search committee members to the candidate view for a specific job requisition.
  • Update Access: Modify the list of search committee members who can view candidates.
  • Remove Access: Remove search committee members from the candidate view when they are no longer involved in the hiring process.
Eligibility
All hiring managers and HR professionals involved in the recruitment process are eligible to use this service.

You will receive an open ticket notification.  If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by the respective support team.  Ticket status can be tracked in the portal under the View Tickets tab.
