UIN/NetID Creation

Overview
The UIN/NetID Creation service assists new employees with questions related to their Universal Identification Number (UIN) and NetID. These identifiers are essential for accessing university systems and services like Workday, HRConnect, and TrainTraq through Single Sign On (SSO).
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Finding Your UIN: Guidance on how to locate your UIN if you are unsure of what it is.
  • Claiming Your NetID: Steps for new employees to claim their NetID using their UIN, enabling access to various university resources.
  • Single Sign On (SSO): Information on using your NetID for SSO to access multiple university systems seamlessly.
Eligibility
All new employees who have questions about their UIN and NetID are eligible to use this service.

  • Aggie Account Gateway:  Centralized portal for employees to access various university systems and services by claiming or updating their NetID.
  • Help Desk Central Website:  Self-Service portal for employees to access IT support, view system status, and find knowledge base articles.
