HROE Data Analytics Request

HROE Data Analytics provides comprehensive HR- or Payroll-related data insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.  This service offers detailed reports on various employment metrics, such as workforce headcounts, turnover analysis, recruiting and selection insights, business processing efficiency, and more. By leveraging these analytics, the university aims to identify strengths and challenges, ultimately enhancing student success and institutional effectiveness. 

• Federal and State Reporting Requests: Obtain data required for compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Professional Organization Benchmarking Surveys: Access data for benchmarking against other institutions or organizations.
• University Compliance Data Requests: Request data needed for internal compliance and reporting purposes.
• Continuous Improvement Data Requests: Get data to support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning.

• Open Records Process:  Those external to the Texas A&M University System may request data through the open records process.

Click the "Data Analytics Request" button on the top right of this page.  Complete the required fields and submit the request. You will receive an open ticket notification.  If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by the respective support team.  Ticket status can be tracked in the portal under the View Tickets tab.
