Replacement Staff or Retiree ID

Overview
The Replacement Staff or Retiree ID service assists Texas A&M University employees and retirees in obtaining a new Aggie Card when their current ID is lost, stolen, or damaged. The Aggie Card is essential for accessing various campus services and facilities, including residence halls, recreational centers, libraries, and dining halls.
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Damaged ID: Request a new Aggie Card if your current one is damaged and no longer functional.
  • Lost or Stolen ID: Request a replacement for a lost or stolen Aggie Card.
  • Name Change: Request a new Aggie Card if there has been a change in your name or employment status.
  • Retiree ID: Request a new Aggie Card if you are a retiree needing a replacement ID.
  • Other:  Ask a general question regarding a replacement ID.
Eligibility
Replacement Staff or Retiree ID services are available for all Texas A&M University employees and retirees who need a new Aggie Card due to loss, theft, damage, or changes in personal information.
