Contact Your HR Professional

Overview
Use this service to contact your assigned HR Professional for assistance with HR-related needs. This form routes your request directly to the HR Professional who services the UIN of the employee entered on the form.
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Personal HR Assistance:  Enter your own UIN if you need help with items such as paycheck questions, general inquiries, or other HR-related concerns.
  • Requests for Another Employee:  Enter the employee’s UIN if you are requesting an HR Professional to make changes on behalf of another employee (e.g., Finance, Tax, IT, or other related requests).

*Important:  The UIN entered on the form determines which HR Professional receives the request.

Eligibility
This service is available to employees who need HR assistance for themselves or are authorized to request changes for another employee.

  • Customer Support Hubs:  Provides a direct way to reach the HR Professionals assigned to Units they support.

You will receive an open ticket notification.  If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by the respective support team.  Ticket status can be tracked in the portal under the View Tickets tab.
