Overview

The Request to Cancel a Performance Evaluation service is available to assist supervisors and HR Professionals with requests to cancel an evaluation when appropriate, such as when an employee has separated from employment or the evaluation was created in error.

Eligibility

This service is available to staff supervisors and HR Professionals who are participating in or supporting the Staff Performance Evaluation process.
