Send Back a Performance Evaluation

Overview

To Send Back a Performance Evaluation  in Workday so updates or corrections can be made use the My Team’s Performance Reviews page and select the Send Back option next to the employee whose evaluation is needing to be sent back for corrections.

Managers can send an evaluation back in Workday when it is in one of the following stages:

  • Complete Manager Evaluation – Returns the evaluation to the employee to correct the Self Evaluation.
  • Employee Comments and Acknowledgement – Returns the evaluation to the manager to update the Manager Evaluation.
  • Manager Comments and Acknowledgement – Returns the evaluation to the manager to update the Manager Evaluation.
