Ask a Paycheck Question

Overview
The Paycheck Questions service allows Texas A&M University employees to ask questions related to their paycheck, payslip, tax deductions, and missing direct deposit payments. Employees can also use Workday’s Model My Pay feature to view how changes in salary or deductions may affect future pay.
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Paycheck & Payslip Issues: Address discrepancies in your pay, missing payments, or unclear deductions on your payslip.
  • Direct Deposit & Missing Checks: Get assistance with missing direct deposits or lost paper paychecks, including requesting replacements.
  • Tax Withholding Questions: Ask questions related to tax deductions, such as federal withholding, Medicare, and OASDI deductions.
  • Estimate Paycheck Changes: Use Workday’s Model My Pay tool to estimate how salary raises, tax-deferred account enrollments, or changes in tax elections may affect your paycheck.
Eligibility
All Texas A&M employees who receive pay from the university are eligible to use this service. Specific issues regarding paycheck discrepancies may require approvals or collaboration with your department’s HR representative or supervisor before Payroll can take action.
