  • Designing Accessible Surveys: Qualtrics surveys must follow TAMU Accessibility Digital content and information: Designing Accessible Surveys. According to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, digital survey content should be:
    1. Perceivable: All users must be able to perceive the information being presented. That is, information can't be invisible to all their senses.
    2. Operable: All potential users must be able to operate the interface. That is, the interface cannot require interaction that a user cannot perform
    3. Understandable: All users must be able to understand both the information and the operation of the user interface.
    4. Robust: Survey content must be robust enough so that it can be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.
       
  • Qualtrics API: To request access to the Qualtrics API, email your request to qualtrics@tamu.edu.
     
  • Increase Email Limit: All Qualtrics users may send up to 500 emails per week through the Qualtrics Mailer. To request an increase to your account’s email limit, please email qualtrics@tamu.eduwith your request and include responses to the following two questions:

    2. How many weekly emails are you requesting to send?
