Overview
The AggieWorks system is used to request general maintenance as well as specific maintenance for ResLife, HVAC, plumbing, lighting and electrical, and elevator issues. It is also used to request services for landscaping and pest control, custodial services, fire alarms, keys and access, and space information. Further, it provides a mechanism to request billable services or projects such as new construction and renovation, security installations, campus graphics and signage, office move support, and to report outages.
Some billable services or projects are only available at some campus locations.
