Qualtrics - Accessing Qualtrics Quick Start Training

Overview

Qualtrics provides free quick start training for users. This training is available at https://basecamp.qualtrics.com/page/qualtrics-quick-start and is accessed using your NetID@tamu.edu email address and NetID password.

Instructions

1. Go to https://basecamp.qualtrics.com/page/qualtrics-quick-start.
2. Click Log In in the upper right corner.
   
   
    
3. Click the Qualtrics Credentials button.
   
   
    
4. Click on Sign in with SSO. You do not need to enter any information in either the username or password box on this page.
   
   
    
5. Enter your Organization ID. The Organization ID is NOT the full URL ending with qualtrics.com. It will be only the first part of the URL. For most individuals, this will be simply tamu, but for organizations with their own Qualtrics instance, the Organization ID will be different:

6. Click Continue.
7. Authenticate using your NetID@tamu.edu email address and NetID password. If you are signing into a specialized instance of Qualtrics (tamuag, mays, etc.) log in with the credentials you typically use to access Qualtrics. They may be different than your NetID credentials.
   
   
    
8. Authenticate via Duo.
   

You will now be able to register for and view the free Qualtrics training materials provided by Qualtrics.
