Qualtrics - Signing In

Overview

Beginning evening of July 13 2021, the sign in page at https://tamu.qualtrics.com/ will present two options to sign into Qualtrics. You will sign into Qualtrics using Single Sign-On via your NetID@tamu.edu, or you will sign in with a stand-alone Qualtrics account.

Qualtrics is centrally funded for System Parts 02 and 23.  Participating System Parts outside of 02 and 23 are able to use the https://tamu.qualtrics.com/ Qualtrics instance, though they may have their own Qualtrics portal (ex: https://tamuag.qualtrics.com). Survey data in a branded Qualtrics portal instance will NOT be available in the TAMU Qualtrics instance. For more information please contact softwarecenter@tamu.edu.
 

College-specific Qualtrics portals

Some colleges have Qualtrics portals specific to their college. Members of these colleges will need to use their college's portal to log into Qualtrics in order to access their surveys and projects. If you receive an error message when logging into Qualtrics that says you cannot log in from that IP address, make sure you are using the appropriate log in portal for your college. This error will typically appear when attempting to use your NetID credentials to log in via https://www.qualtrics.com rather than a branded Qualtrics portal.

Instructions

TAMU Sign-On

Campus members with a Texas A&M University NetID will use the Single Sign-On option to access their TAMU Qualtrics account. This sign on method uses the TAMU Central Authentication Service (CAS) for authentication.

  1. Go to https://tamu.qualtrics.com/.
  2. Enter your NetID@tamu.edu on the Texas A&M login page.

  3. Click Next.
  4. Enter your NetiD password.

  5. Click Sign in.
  6. Authenticate with Duo.
  7. Select whether or not you want to remain signed in.

Qualtrics Sign-in page

To access the TAMU Qualtrics service without a NetID (such as a research collaborator from outside of the university), you must use the Qualtrics sign in page. You will sign in with the email address and password you provided when setting up your account.

  1. Go to https://tamu.qualtrics.com/.
  2. Click the option labeled Qualtrics sign in page. You will be taken to a Qualtrics sign in page asking for an email address and password.

  3. Enter the email address and password for your Qualtrics account.
  4. Click Sign In.
    After signing in, you should be in your Qualtrics account.
