Creating Shared Folders

1. Browse to the Management Portal as an Administrator: tamu.mediasite.com/mediasite/manage 

2. Create a new folder for the course.

Click Add New, select Folder

3. Type the desired name for the shared folder (e.g., 19 FALL MDST 101 300-301: Principles of Shared Folder Creation (MDST.101.1931.M1)). Make sure that the Share This Folder to My Mediasite box is checked.

Enter name of folder, click box next to Share this Folder to My Mediasite

4. If you want to update the folder security, open the folder and then select Folder Options > Security.

Click Folder Options, select Security

Associate Multiple Presentations to Mediasite Videos Channel

1. The Management Portal allows you to quickly associate presentations to a specific channel
To do this, select the video(s) in the Management Portal and click Edit > Presentation.

Click Edit, select Presentation

2. Click on the drop-down menu under Change Modules and select Append to Existing Modules.

Use Change Modules menu to select Append to existing Modules

3. Select Add Module and choose the appropriate course module.

Use Add Module drop down menu to select desired module

Add Presentations to Course Content Page

1. 1. Browse to eCampus course content.

2. In a content area, click Build Content and select Mediasite Content.

3. Click Presentation.

4. Search for desired Presentation and then click the blue button to add to page.
