Students, faculty, or staff who experience any access or outage related issue to a specific university building may need to contact that building's facilities coordinator.
Information
Examples of issues when the facilities coordinator for a building may need be contacted include, but are not limited to:
- Keyless Card Access
- Locked out of Building
- Unable to Access Specific Room
- Water or Heating Outage
- Light Fixture or Outage
- Operational Outage
You will need to contact the specific building proctor for the facility you are experiencing the issue with. If you do not know who the facilities coordinator is, you can contact the campus Radio Room at 979.845.4311 or you can visit the Facilities Coordinator List maintained by Texas A&M University Facilities and Energy Services for a list of building proctors and their contact information:
