The HROE Service Portal provides a single website for Texas A&M, Texas A&M Health (HSC), and TAMU at Galveston employees (student workers, graduate assistants, staff, temp/casual, and faculty) to request HR services, find instructions or self-help resources, request help and view the status of their service requests (tickets). You can browse and search the HROE Service Portal without logging in, but you will need to sign in with your NetID and password to submit a ticket and access all the features for most services.

Rather than trying to find the exact service or knowledge article you need, use the search box in the upper right-hand corner of the portal. Enter keywords that match what you're looking for, like "hybrid work" or "paycheck questions".
Helpful tips:
- The search box in the upper right searches both the Service Catalog and the Knowledge Base. To search for services only (or knowledge articles only), click the globe icon next to the search bar and choose the area you want to search.
- You may see more services if you log in to the service portal first. Some services are only available to certain groups and are only visible if you are logged in.

Favorite Services or Articles |
If there are services or knowledge articles that you use a lot, you can add them to your favorites. Just click on the "Add to Favorites" button (only visible if you are signed in) so that you can easily find it later.
- To access your favorite services, click on My Favorites under Services.
- To access your favorite articles, click on My Favorites under Knowledge Base.

You can use the HROE Service Catalog to request service or ask for help by selecting the appropriate service category, filling out the service request form, and submitting it. The request will be sent to the correct Human Resources team for fulfillment.
You can use the Knowledge Base to find self-help instructions or answers to your HR questions.
Click Log In For Progress on the homepage of the HROE Service Portal to see the recent tickets you submitted, provide comments, or track the status of your requests.
You will receive an email from hrtickets@tamu.edu when you submit a new service request as well as when your ticket is updated or resolved. You can communicate with Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness by replying to the email or going to the HROE Service Portal and adding a comment in the ticket.
