Access Request

Overview
Access to Workday and SSO applications is based upon the employee’s position and their job requirements. The Workday Security Roles page lists the assignable roles and a description of their responsibilities. Each employee is required to sign a Statement of Responsibility when requesting access to an A&M System application.
Use this service request to ask questions about:
  • Requesting Access:  Get help with requesting security roles in Workday and other SSO applications.
  • A&M System Statement of Responsibility Form:  Security roles in Workday, UIN Manager, UIN Search, TrainTraq, Time & Effort, SSO, SECC, Position Budget, Insurance, HR Connect, Guardian I-9, File Depot, and Event Registration.
  • Budget Contact Statement of Responsibility Form:  Form used for Finance employees to gain access to perform costing allocation actions in various business processes and initiate standalone Assign Costing Allocation processes.
  • Issues Logging In:  Request assistance with login issues you may be experiencing with Workday or SSO.
  • Question Regarding Access:  Ask a question regarding access requests.
Eligibility
Access to this service is available to employees who have a business need for specific security roles or permissions within Workday and SSO.

Click the "Access Request to A&M System Applications" button on the top right of this page.  Complete the required fields and submit the request. You will receive an open ticket notification.  If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by the respective support team.  Ticket status can be tracked in the portal under the View Tickets tab.
